Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who knows how to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, technical SEO, and performance analysis. They will help our website rank on top of search results and consistently improve organic visibility.
On-Page SEO:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research & analysis to identify target search terms and user intent.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and URLs to improve relevance and rankings.
- Improve website structure, internal linking, and content layout for better crawlability and user experience.
- Ensure all pages have relevant keyword placement and follow SEO best practices.
- Work with the content team to create and refine SEO-friendly content that satisfies user intent and search algorithms.
Off-Page SEO:
- Develop and execute quality link building strategies (including outreach and backlink acquisition) to boost domain authority and rankings.
- Track and improve backlink profile, including managing outreach efforts and disavowing harmful links.
- Leverage external platforms, communities, and partnerships to increase online visibility and referral traffic.
Technical SEO & Site Performance
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues such as crawl errors, site speed bottlenecks, mobile friendliness, and indexing problems.
- Work with web developers to implement structural improvements that positively impact search visibility.
- Ensure site architecture supports best SEO practices and easy navigation.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key SEO performance metrics (rankings, organic traffic, CTR, bounce rates, conversions).
- Produce regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Use SEO and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies.
SEO Strategy & Trends:
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and evolving SEO trends.
- Recommend new SEO approaches and best practices to maintain competitive rankings.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a track record of improving search rankings.
- Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent keyword research and content optimization skills.
- Familiarity with technical SEO concepts (site speed, crawlability, mobile optimization).
- Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
