Digital Growth Manager - Marketing

Responsibilites:

- Build and optimise full-funnel growth strategies

- Run performance campaigns and scale efficiently

- Drive lifecycle marketing across email, push, WhatsApp & in-app

- Optimise landing pages and user journeys for conversions

- Unlock content-led growth and new scalable channels

- Own budgets and maximise ROI

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in digital growth or performance marketing

- Proven success in scaling paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, UAC, -LinkedIn, affiliates & more

- Strong command over CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort analysis & experimentation

- Hands-on experience with GA, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Clevertap, Looker Studio etc.

- Growth mindset + speed + ownership
