Digital expert with strong SME Product/Credit background This role would be responsible for development of new and innovative products in this digital age to align business offerings with customer requirements and market expectations. The role would also involve devising strategy to increase market penetration of newly launched/existing products and collaborate with Banks/NBFCs for strategic tie-ups. Responsibilities : - Develop new and innovative products, rating models as per evolving market landscape. - Participate in development of technology/automation related initiatives. It forms an important part of the profile and existing experience in implementation of new age technology/automation initiatives in banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies would be an added advantage. - Lead data and analytical initiatives connecting SME's, lenders and various service providers. - Ensure the requirement for MSME's &amp; lenders are well understood to develop reliable and cost effective technology enabled solutions for them. - Ensure the use of appropriate tools and techniques to review/renewal of existing rated clients and develop retention policies/processes.
