- Track campaign performance and report on cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and channel ROI.

Revenue / Sales Operations:

- Administer the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports across the full funnel- lead-to-close, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and revenue attribution for reps, managers, and executives.

- Own lead routing and the MQL-to-SQL handoff process between marketing and sales.

- Support basic forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal tracking for the sales team.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Build and maintain dashboards covering funnel metrics, pipeline health, and marketing-sourced revenue.

- Deliver weekly/monthly reporting to leadership on marketing and sales performance.

Process & Tools:

- Evaluate and recommend new tools as budgets allow, keeping the stack lean and cost-effective.

- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and solutions team on shared definitions and SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience spanning marketing operations and/or sales/revenue operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS, IT services, or startup environment.

- Deep, hands-on expertise in both HubSpot and Salesforce - not just using them, but configuring, administering, and connecting them. Salesforce Administrator.

- Proven track record of building dashboards and reports that drive decisions, including comfort with Salesforce reports/dashboards, HubSpot reporting, and ideally a BI tool (Looker Studio).

- Strong data management skills: you know how to model data cleanly, keep it clean, and diagnose why a number looks wrong.

- Solid grasp of the revenue funnel and GTM motions, how leads become pipeline and pipeline becomes revenue.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

- Good communication skills to work directly with founders/leadership in a smaller, less hierarchical setup.

- Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
