Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and develop content briefs through stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and internal insights
- Draft and prototype content using tools like Figma while maintaining brand tone and regional voice (US/UK English)
- Manage content development workflow using Workfront; review, proof, and edit content at various stages
- Collaborate closely with global teams, including UX, SEO, design, and marketing leads
- Conduct regular content audits across domains to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Usertesting.com to make data-informed decisions
- Coordinate with stakeholders across regions to align content with business goals and user needs
- Support continuous process improvement for content strategy and governance
- Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor digital presence
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven B2B and B2B2C content writing experience; insurance or consulting domain is a strong plus
- Expertise in SEO writing, digital storytelling, and user-centered content design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
- Hands-on experience with content and project management tools (Figma, Smartsheets, Trello,
Workfront)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using Google Analytics and similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects across global regions simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a flexible schedule to align with global teams and US Central Time Zone
- Familiarity with tools like Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, and Usertesting.com is advantageous
- Exceptional fluency in English (both US and UK variants) with strong writing and editing skills
