Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, strategically-minded, and results-driven Digital Content Specialist to manage, produce, and optimize high-performing content across all digital platforms.
This role is crucial for executing our content strategy, driving audience engagement, and achieving marketing objectives through compelling storytelling and best-in-class digital practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong content creation skills, a deep understanding of SEO, analytics, and multi-channel content deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, case studies, and other digital assets.
- Manage content performance and optimization, including conducting A/B testing and using SEO best practices (keyword research, technical optimization, etc.) to increase organic traffic, conversions, and search rankings.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and develop innovative content initiatives.
- Maintain and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all platforms while upholding brand voice and style guidelines.
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and social media insights, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with emerging digital content trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
- Assist in content governance and managing digital asset libraries (DAM).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a digital content creation, content marketing, or content specialist role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing SEO-driven content strategies.
- Strong command of English grammar and exceptional ability to adapt writing and tone for different platforms and target audiences.
- Expert-level familiarity with SEO and content analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in content strategy and management for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with visual content creation tools (e.g, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and optimizing content for video/multimedia platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media advertising best practices
