Digital Communications and Campaign Strategy Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Communications and Campaign Strategy Lead with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategic communications, and campaign management, with strong exposure to political campaigns.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing digital communication strategies that support campaign objectives, strengthen public engagement, and ensure effective communication across audiences and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital communication strategies for political campaigns.

- Translate campaign objectives and leadership priorities into clear digital communication plans.

- Develop audience-focused messaging, communication pillars, content strategies, and channel plans.

- Integrate digital communication with broader campaign and on-ground activities.

- Adapt strategies based on campaign priorities, audience response, emerging issues, and changing circumstances.

- Develop a strong understanding of political narratives, public sentiment, audience behaviour, and issue-based communication.

- Build overarching narrative frameworks and content strategies aligned with campaign objectives.

- Lead or work closely with digital campaign war-room operations.

- Work closely with performance marketing teams to support paid digital campaigns.

- Lead and manage large multidisciplinary teams involved in digital campaign execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Communications, Strategic Communications, Political Campaigns, Public Affairs, Media, or related fields.

- Demonstrated experience working on political campaigns is required.

- Proven experience managing large teams and multidisciplinary campaign functions.

- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required.
