Digital Business Strategy Role - Financial Services (5-15 yrs)
Department: Strategy - Digital Business
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Head - Strategy, Digital Business Key Responsibilities: 1. Competitive Intelligence & Benchmarking:
- Build and maintain a structured competition benchmarking framework covering product features, pricing, digital journeys, marketing strategy and partnerships.
- Track and analyze moves of key competitors (broking, fintech, and banking ecosystems).
- Translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and acquisition teams.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly competitive review dashboards for leadership.
2. Strategic Projects:
- Support the design and execution of high-priority strategic initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Data teams to diagnose challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
3. Insights & Business Strategy:
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on new growth themes (e.g., APIs, NRI business, trading ecosystems, partnerships).
- Develop executive-ready presentations, strategy notes, and discussion papers for CEO/leadership reviews.
- Identify whitespace opportunities in the digital customer journey and propose strategic experiments.
What We're Looking For: MBA, 4-5 years of total experience.
