Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive digital transformation initiatives across banking platforms, application ecosystems, and customer onboarding journeys. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in banking technology solutions, application integration, and enterprise program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery and implementation of banking technology initiatives and digital transformation programs.

- Collaborate with business and product teams to evaluate requirements and design scalable technology solutions.

- Define and maintain application architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

- Drive integration strategy across internal banking systems and external fintech partners.

- Assess emerging digital technologies and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, security controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Monitor program execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery milestones.

- Support modernization initiatives through API enablement and service-oriented architecture.
