
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of digital tools and solutions for the engineering department.
- Act as the first line of resolution for all digital and software issues.
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of developers, ensuring productivity and high-quality delivery.
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy across functions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Business teams to identify opportunities for digitization.
- Drive innovation by introducing AI/ML, Data Science, analytics, automation, and computer vision solutions.
- Explore and integrate Open-Source APIs/software (e.g., YOLO for computer vision, automation use cases).
- Oversee Data Lake, data pipelines, and analytics platforms to enable enterprise-wide data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs, measure product impact, and continuously enhance digital offerings.
- Keep track of the technology roadmap and emerging digital trends, aligning them with product innovation.
- Foster a digital-first culture across engineering and project execution teams.
Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology leadership.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to guide technical teams.
- Proven record of implementing digital tools in EPC/Engineering/Infrastructure context.
- Ability to link digital initiatives with business outcomes (productivity, cost, cycle time).
Technical Expertise:
- Python, SQL, AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
- Experience in Data Science, Data Lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one additional programming language (Java, C++, R, or JavaScript).
- Knowledge of Open Source APIs/software (e.g., YOLO, computer vision, NLP, automation).
- Hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks.
