Brief: Our AI Services client is looking to hire a Digital & Content Marketing Specialist to build and scale digital presence across owned, earned, and AI-driven channels. You will be responsible for managing the company's website, social media presence, CRM marketing operations, digital campaigns, and content ecosystem. This role requires someone who can blend storytelling with analytics, leverage AI tools for content creation, and ensure our digital channels consistently generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline.

You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to position the company as a leading AI-native services and solutions company.

Key Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: 5-10 years in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Marketing Operations, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, AI, or Enterprise Technology. Preferably from Tier 1 B-School.

- CRM Experience: Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, SalesIQ, or comparable marketing automation platforms.

- Content Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with experience creating B2B technology content.

- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and digital campaign management.

- Website Management: Hands-on experience managing WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.

- AI Tools: Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, productivity, and campaign execution.

- Execution Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
