Digital/AI Transformation Analyst
Were looking for an early-career professional to support AI initiatives within the Transformation Office. This role involves project coordination, change management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical support to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
- 3 - 7 years in digital transformation, consulting, or project coordination.
- Exposure to AI/ML and change management preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate AI projects: planning, tracking milestones, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Support change management strategies and engagement activities.
- Create presentations, newsletters, and clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and analyze feedback to measure impact.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and project leads; provide logistical support.
Skills:
- Project coordination, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and visual storytelling.
- Data analysis and reporting; familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
