Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies focusing on influencer-led campaigns.
- Plan and manage campaign budgets, targeting, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure seamless integration of digital advertising content and creative strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and innovations in digital advertising and influencer marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, particularly in influencer-led campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Expertise in creative strategy and content integration within paid media campaigns.
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Ability to spot emerging trends and innovate campaign strategies accordingly
