Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage an ads revenue pipeline; negotiate and close deals with brands and media

agencies

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for different advertiser segments

- Grow ad spend and optimize ROI using campaign data and insights

- Educate and enable advertisers to maximize investments

- Monitor performance metrics, share insights, and drive renewals

- Collaborate with internal teams (product, category, marketing) to meet advertiser goals

- Resolve technical/implementation issues with internal support

Qualifications

- 3-4 years in ad sales, ecommerce, or digital media (branding & performance)

- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management

- Strong analytical skills with ability to extract actionable insights

- Excellent communication skills, confident with senior stakeholders

- Self-motivated and results-driven
