Job Description:
The Digital Acquisition Manager will be responsible for generating leads by undertaking digital acquisition tools.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
SEO:
- Undertake SEO/ SEM activity on the website to improve the web-page ranking and drive leads organically
- Drive traffic to Credila website with an objective to drive new customer acquisition
Affiliate Partnerships:
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, aggregators, publishers, and referral platforms to expand lead generation channels
- Drive business referrals and acquisition volumes through strategic partnerships and affiliate programs
- Track partner performance, optimize commercial arrangements, and ensure achievement of acquisition and revenue targets
- Build scalable partner marketing frameworks to improve lead quality, conversion, and RO
Performance Campaigns:
- Execute full digital acquisition campaigns across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
- Drive marketing campaigns with an objective to drive leads digitally.
- Execute the campaigns including strategy, ad creation along with marketing, bidding, budgeting, optimization and reporting
- Consistently monitor campaign performance and results and use the insights to strategize the content
- Planning and undertaking AB Testing for all creatives
- Generate, edit, publish and share content to drive acquisition
Digital Funnel & Business Delivery:
- Own end-to-end acquisition funnel performance from lead generation through application, sanction, and disbursal
- Work closely with call centre and business teams to improve lead conversion
- Monitor lead quality, productivity, turnaround times, and conversion ratios across
- Drive business volumes and revenue outcomes through data-driven interventions and process improvements
- Manage acquisition performance against defined business targets, CAC benchmarks, and conversion KPIs
Marketing Analytics & Automation:
- Build performance dashboards and MIS to track leads, conversions, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and channel-wise productivity
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms for lead nurturing, retargeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization
- Generate actionable insights from campaign, customer, and behavioral data to guide acquisition strategy

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both students, colleges, and consultants
