Digital Account To Report Functional Expert - Pharma

We are hiring contract to hire staff for a leading Pharma company.

This is a remote role.

6 - 12 months contact.

Project context :

- Own the global Digital A2R (Account-to-Report), Tax, and IFM landscape, balancing Run (support/stability) and Build (enhancements/transformation).

- Drive non-standard SAP change requests from requirement gathering to deployment and hypercare.

- Support ERP transformation initiatives and the move toward a global single-ERP strategy (20272030).

- Partner with Finance, Architecture, Integration, Data, Security, and external vendors in a complex global environment.

- Ensure business continuity, process optimization, compliance, and seamless cross-functional integration.

Goals and deliverables :

- 8+ years of SAP Finance experience with SAP FI-GL, FI-AA, REFX/Lease Accounting, S/4HANA Finance, DRC, Tax, and Period-End Closing.

- Strong A2R process expertise with exposure to IFM (intercompany, cross-border, legal entity, and trade flows).

- Proven delivery of RICEFW developments, interfaces, custom reports, and complex SAP configurations.

- Experience in S/4HANA transformations, testing (SIT/UAT), and stakeholder management.

- Strong troubleshooting, business partnering, and communication skills in global, multi-vendor environments.
