
Job Title : Strategic Lead - Travel - Business Planning & Strategy

Overview:
- As a Lead in the Travel vertical, you will be responsible for driving business performance through strategic planning, product development, and sales enablement. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- You will play a key role in managing the P&L, aligning sales hierarchies across geographies, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize sales hierarchy initiatives across multiple channels and geographies to ensure alignment and maximize performance.
- Manage the portfolio's profit and loss, ensuring financial health and sustainable growth.
- Collect and analyse inputs from regional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Evaluate competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement key projects, resolve operational challenges, and ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and underwriting teams to support product development, quality assurance, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead tech integrations to support new product launches and enhance existing offerings.
- Design and refine customer journeys and operational processes to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Monitor and grow the sales business through data analytics, product enhancements, and continuous improvement of customer experiences.
- Conduct ongoing business analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Foster a high-performance culture by providing guidance, mentorship, and skill development opportunities for team members, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing overall efficiency.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and time management
- 2-5 years of experience managing the full product development lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel sales structures and derive insights from diverse geographies
- Experience in building and scaling online businesses is preferred.
