Sales Trainer
Job Description:
- You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that enhance the capabilities of our agency and broking partners across your assigned zone.
- You will play a critical role in aligning training initiatives with business goals, ensuring that our partners are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement zonal training strategies aligned with national business objectives and local market needs.
- Conduct skill gap analysis to identify training needs
- Partner Enablement : Conduct onboarding and continuous learning programs for all channels and sales teams to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance awareness.
- Content Development : Collaborate with central L&D and product teams to create customized training content, including digital modules, workshops, and certification programs.
- Performance Monitoring : Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics. Recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Zonal Sales Heads, Business Strategy Leads, and Tech teams to ensure training initiatives support business outcomes.
- Compliance & Certification: Ensure adherence to regulatory training requirements and maintain accurate training records.
- Stay updated on Industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.
- Technology Integration: Leverage digital platforms and tools to deliver scalable and engaging training experiences.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Experience: 6 - 8 years in training, learning & development, or sales enablement roles, preferably in insurance or BFSI sectors.
- Education: Graduate; MBA or L&D certifications preferred.
- Certifications: Familiarity with IRDAI training norms and POSP frameworks is a plus.
