- Drive reserving processes and regulatory reporting while mentoring junior team members and supporting strategic actuarial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly reserving exercises and prepare supporting documentation.
- Prepare and review regulatory reports including solvency and RBC submissions.
- Support IFRS 17 implementation and ensure compliance with evolving standards.
- Collaborate with finance and risk teams to validate data and assumptions.
- Conduct scenario testing and internal actuarial analyses.
- Assist in audit processes and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, or similar tools
- Ability to develop cordial working relations with stakeholders across the value-chain
