Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities focused on accounting and bookkeeping outsourcing services for international clients in the US, UK, and Australia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Drive the full sales cycle including lead generation, pipeline development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to shape effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within outsourcing/offshoring services, preferably in foreign accounting and bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping service models tailored for international markets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales pipelines and closing deals with US, UK, and Australian clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in driving sales activities
