About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in UltraTax CS, and working knowledge of Practice CS and FileCabinet CS.

This role will support a CPA/tax firm during tax season, driving system readiness, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the CS Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, manage, and support UltraTax CS, including individual, corporate, and partnership tax return modules.

- Oversee workflows and integrations across UltraTax CS, Practice CS, and FileCabinet CS.

- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to performance, e-filing, permissions, roll-forward processes, forms, and software updates.

- Assist with year-end and tax-season preparation, ensuring systems and processes are optimized for peak demand.

- Provide operational support for Practice CS (time & billing setup, reporting, user management) and FileCabinet CS (document management, security controls, archiving, backups).

- Collaborate with stakeholders and work independently to deliver timely resolutions and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite.

- Proven expertise in UltraTax CS, including configuration, support, and troubleshooting.

- Working knowledge of Practice CS and FileCabinet CS.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
