We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Lead to drive end-to-end AI solution development and lead a high-performing AI team.

Experience: 10+ Years.

Location: Hyderabad.

Role: Leadership + Hands-on AI Engineering.

Key Skills:

- Strong experience in AI/ML, Generative AI.

- Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

- MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.

- Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).

- System design & scalable AI architectures.

- Team leadership & stakeholder management.

What Youll Do:

- Lead AI solution development from ideation to production.

- Manage and mentor AI engineering teams.

- Drive scalable, secure, and ethical AI deployments.

- Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from ideation to production.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems.

- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Establish and implement best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment.

- Drive MLOps adoption for efficient model lifecycle management.

Interview Process:

- 2nd & 3rd Rounds: Face-to-Face in Hyderabad.
