Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute organic search strategies that drive traffic, rankings, and conversions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics, with the ability to manage SEO initiatives end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification
- Own the SEO roadmap and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact
On-Page & Content Optimization:
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content
- Ensure content aligns with search intent and ranking best practices
Technical SEO:
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals)
- Work with engineering teams to implement technical improvements
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and schema markup
Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Plan and execute ethical link-building and digital PR strategies
- Monitor backlink profiles and disavow harmful links when necessary
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Analyze traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement metrics
- Use data insights to continuously optimize SEO performance
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Manage SEO specialists or agencies (if applicable)
- Educate internal teams on SEO best practices
- Communicate SEO results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors /masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and reporting dashboards
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals as they relate to SEO
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
