We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of impactful business solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.

- Support project planning, prioritization, and requirement traceability.

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, product, or enterprise environments.

- Strong proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling (UML, BPMN,

flowcharts).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Ability to work with datasets using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (optional but preferred).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and user story writing.

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
