About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive our full-funnel media strategy and innovation.
You will be responsible for leading a team, developing strategic media plans, and ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives through both organic and paid initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for data-driven results and a forward-thinking approach to digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Strategy (Full Funnel)
- Develop strategic, full-funnel media plans by understanding client goals, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze the impact of implemented strategies and proactively recommend optimizations to achieve and exceed key performance indicators.
- Incorporate real-time strategies and changes into ongoing media plans based on immediate client needs and market shifts.
- Lead strategic initiatives and provide key insights to clients on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Media Innovation & Team Growth
- Act as the hub for innovation, exploring and integrating new marketing technologies and media channels into our service offerings.
- Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
- Demonstrate tangible results from innovative approaches and new channel implementations.
- Facilitate and conduct periodic training sessions to upskill the performance marketing team.
Client Retention & Strategic Relations
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention by consistently delivering strong results and maintaining proactive communication.
- Periodically set up strategic meetings with clients to drive better engagement and foster long-term collaboration.
Team Collaboration & CXO Engagement
- Collaborate closely with CXOs to align on long-term organizational vision and goals.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and results throughout the client funnel.
- Lead innovative projects within the organization to improve overall delivery and performance.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- A Master's degree is required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in media planning and strategy.
- Proven experience managing a large team and scaling a fast-growing business.
