As a Sales Head, you will report directly to the CEO with ownership of the company's overall Sales strategy, CRM, reporting structure and future roadmap. Your role requires end to end sales management from prospecting, lead generations, presentations, demo to closing the deal. We are looking for a leader who is interested to work in dynamic startup environment and be a part of a core management team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To create and implement Sales strategy/targets in alignment with business objectives.
- Review and analyze key sales trends to ensure the company is on track as per growth projections
- Execute sales strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiency, resource optimization and team management.
- Develop, Refine and execute a repeatable sales process.
- Hiring and developing a world class sales team to support the revenue target.
- Manage, Motivate, Incentivize, and Empower the sales team effectively.
- To design and drive marketing activities/events.
- Building and executing on pipeline with new clients to run the end to end sales process.
- Actively seeks out major customers and form good relationships with key influencers and buyers
- To ensure all customer oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well for high Customer engagement.
- To be abreast of industry trends, market and competitors' activities, and serves as a business representative at major industry events, conferences or trade shows
- Mentor and guide junior members of the business development team to enhance their skills and performance.
Your skills and Experience:
- Graduate with 7-15 years of IT Sales experience
- MBA in Sales/Marketing and experience in SaaS, Cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure) B2B selling would be preferred
- Strong track record of selling high ticket value based software solutions across sectors
- Strong sales leadership with experience of managing dynamic and high performing sales team
- Ability to collaborate and develop relationships at all levels with customer and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills to close the deal and resolve customer complaints.
- Active listening and strong communication skills
