Role Overview:
The AGM / DGM / GM Enterprise (Corporate) Sales will be a senior individual contributor role focussed on hardcore B2B and enterprise sales. The role is responsible for driving corporate tie clients, and positioning Dial4242s ambulance and OXE services as a preferred medical transportation partner.
This role does not involve people management. The incumbent will independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closurewhile working closely with internal stakeholders for execution and delivery.
Relevant Experience:
- 8+ years in enterprise/ corporate sales and business development.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sal
- Experience in selling services or solutions to corporates, enterprises, institutions, or large organizations

- Ability to plan and execute enterprise sales strategies aligned with business goals
Business Development (B2B Focus):
- Strong capability to identify, approach, and close corporate clients
- Experience in creating long-term corporate tie
Client Relationship Management:
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders, negotiate commercial terms, and build
Target Orientation:
- Strong ownership mindset with consistent delivery against revenue targets
Negotiation & Communication:
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Commercial & Market Understanding:
- Strong understanding of pricing, commercials, and market dynamics in B2B services
Data-Driven Approach:
- Ability to use CRM, dashboards, and reports to track pipeline, conversions, and forecasts
