Business Analyst - CAPI Analytics About Us : - Dhruv Research is a market research firm and has established itself as a pioneer in the usage of various technology tools to conduct studies and surveys. - We conduct pan India studies, using various research tools, at unmatched scale, speed, and accuracy, expanding the possibilities of how survey data can be consumed in informing the public on the current issues and trends which are shaping the nation. - We try to understand the opinion of people in different sectors such as Politics, Economy, Current Affairs etc. Roles and Responsibilities : - Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, and other key metrics using data analytics tools. - Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams. - Liaise between various business departments and groups. - Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling, maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations. - Assists in planning and designing business processes assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities. - Assists in analyzing and documenting clients business requirements and processes communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates. - Assists in creating basic test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design. - Assists in developing and modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client needs. - Participates in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions. - Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify intent of change is carried through phases of the project. - Develop and maintain reporting tools. - Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling. - Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization. Candidate Requirements : - Graduation/ Post Graduation/ MBA/ PGDM in any discipline. - Work experience of more than 03 years as similar role. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs. - Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions. - Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems. - Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols. - Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization. - Experience working with business processes and re-engineering. - Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language. - Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Basic analytical and problem solving skills. - Basic personal computer and business solutions software skill. - Ability to work in a team environment. Must have : Advance Excel & SQL proficiency Advantage: Python proficiency
