About the Role : - We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our team and take charge of the development and management of our market research products. - In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining various digital products such as market research panel management tools, survey programming tools, and other digital products that meet the needs of our clients in the market research industry. About the Candidate : - The ideal candidate for the Associate Product Management role should have at least 1 - 1.6 years of experience developing and launching digital products in the market research industry. - They should have a strong track record of working with cross-functional teams, conducting user testing, and using data to make informed product decisions. - Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and collaboration skills and a passion for technology and its potential to transform market research processes and outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities : - Work closely with various teams within the company to identify pain points and areas where digital tools could improve internal processes - Develop a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives and internal needs - Define product requirements and prioritize features based on business value and internal user needs - Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, and operations to ensure the successful development and launch of the products - Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product usability and performance - Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Kanban or Asana to manage development and testing tasks - Collaborate with QA teams and have knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter for effective testing of products - Develop go-to-market plans for launching new tools and features to internal teams - Monitor product performance and user satisfaction and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and ROI - Continuously improve and streamline product development processes and methodologies - Should be proactive and willing to work independently - Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines, and demonstrate an ability to deliver under pressure Skills : - MBA/ Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field - Minimum 1 years of experience as a Product professional with a strong track record of developing and launching digital products - Familiarity with project management tools, CRM systems, and other digital tools that improve internal processes - Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana - Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management tools - Passionate about technology and its potential to transform internal operations and improve team performance Note : - Own laptop - Contractual role - 1 year
