Dhi - Sales Manager - BFSI & Retail Growth

OpenDhi.com is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives for our flagship BhaiyaaOS+ platform across the BFSI (Banking, Fintech, Insurance) and Retail (Products & Services) verticals. This is a high-impact role focused on strategic sales, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances across BFSI and Retail ecosystems.

- Identify, negotiate, and close enterprise deals while scaling onboarding efforts for MSMEs and retail partners.

- Establish and grow alliances with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, and e-commerce players.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute co-branded go-to-market and growth campaigns.

- Lead and mentor a small sales team to consistently exceed revenue and growth KPIs.

What Were Looking For:

- MBA from a reputed institute; engineering background is a plus.

- 610 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in e-commerce or BFSI fintech.

- Demonstrated success in selling enterprise SaaS solutions or digital platforms.

- Strong capabilities in negotiation, relationship management, and ecosystem development.

- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation in fintech and digital commerce.
