Dhanuka - Business Development Manager

Job Description :

The Subject Matter Expert Business Development is responsible for strengthening market development by ensuring effective field execution, product performance monitoring, farmer engagement quality, and capability development of Business Development Officers (BDOs).

Responsibilities :

- Monitor market performance, reliability, and farmer acceptance of focus products across assigned geographies.

- Track field-level performance feedback, identify product efficacy issues, and ensure timely corrective action recommendations.

- Conduct a defined number of farmer visits weekly and monthly to assess crop conditions and product usage outcomes.

- Provide expert agronomic guidance to farmers and field teams on crop protection practices.

- Ensure the correct product usage protocol is followed in demonstration and farmer adoption stages.

- Think critically when planning to assure project success.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Candidate only from Agrochemical should apply.

- Postgraduate degree in Agriculture (M.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent), Preference for specialization in Agronomy / Entomology / Plant Pathology / Crop Protection.

- Candidates must possess strong academic background from recognized agricultural institutions.

- Min. 6 -7 years of relevant experience, Previous experience with structured organizations with defined agronomic or product development framework.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
