Qualification: B.Tech + MBA ( premier Institutes only) URGENT OPENING- IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED) General Duties: - Complete knowledge of WMS IT Infra &amp; Operational functioning of warehouse - Knowledge and expertise in WMS &amp; solid understanding of SQL. - Understand user requirements, do thorough analysis and suggest long terms solutions - Give fresh perspective of complete setup of WMS at Organization and Play pivotal role in re-implementation of WMS - Process improvement for existing clients and planning for new clients. - Configuration and customization of WMS as per Customer/Project Requirement. - Understanding of Warehousing and Distribution business processes - Manage cross-functional teams for end-to-end project implementation - Responsible for end to end system-integration and user-acceptance testing - Manage entire project life cycle including project planning, scope definition, implementation and change management - Provide post - Go Live support to warehouse operations team - Manage process enhancements enabling new functionalities and configuration - WMS troubleshooting for all locations and associates - WMS training for all locations and new associates, including, but not limited to, navigation through WMS screens and processes - Custom projects; including picking paths, warehouse slotting to allow for better processes - Miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned by WMS Manager - Attends training for upgrades, process flow changes and implementation - Hands-on Business and IT system analyst role requiring experience/expertise within or similar distribution systems capable of supporting supply chain functions. - Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Managing relationship with IT Vendors and solution providers. Requirements: - Should have knowledge of the best practices in the supply chain and logistics industry - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. - Prior experience using an ERP, MRP or WMS is considered an asset - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced multifunctional environment where priorities change quickly - Knowledge and understanding of supply chain distribution and warehouse slotting concepts - Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities - Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible and handle interactions with all levels of organization and with external clients - Demonstrated ability to communicate well with other members of the team and with non-technical users
