DGM – Transfer Pricing  - Prepare, Evaluate and Implementation of transfer pricing policies of the Company.  - Deliver Transfer pricing compliance for domestic transactions as well as International Transactions across various tax jurisdictions.  - Pro-actively identifying the domestic and international transaction entered / proposed to be entered by the Company.  - Review and critical analysis from tax perspective of inter-group transaction covering various aspects of tax planning and transfer pricing, documentation.  - Identifying and setting the Arm’s Length Principles.   - Educating the business partners for the need for documentation.  - Protecting the tax position of Company on transfer pricing.  - Extensive Interaction with advisers, business partners and peers to ensure the tax compliance  - Incumbent needs to understand the current challenges and concerns of the business, from a TP perspective and the impact of changing tax landscape as well. Needs to demonstrate knowledge and competency in order to manage different stakeholders unto a common goal and direction.
