Our client is scouting for a DGM- Talent Acquisition JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy, employer branding and overall Recruiting Process to enable the organization to achieve its hiring goals 2. Develop and drive the full spectrum of Recruitment and Selection process for Leadership, Mid-level, and Entry level hiring 3. Forecast and plan hiring requirements based on business growth plans 4. Partner with leaders within the organization to track the hiring needs of the businesses and build a pipeline for future talent needs 5. Create and manage all Sourcing Channels like job portals, social media, campus hiring, and external consultants and partners to hire best in class talent within stipulated timeline. 6. Create and Lead the campus program by building relationships and promoting the organization and reaching out first to ensure the right candidates are hired 7. Define and drive the team to meet and exceed hiring metrics like - time to hire, cost per hire, and candidate satisfaction etc 8. Oversee all stages of candidate experience including application, interview, selection and joining 9. Implement online and offline employer branding activities to attract the right talent 10. Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activities and analysis to continuously refine & improve Talent Acquisition Process. 11. Develop a network of potential future hires 12. Coach, train, and mentor the recruitment team 13. Automate the recruitment process from requisition to the onboarding of the candidate 14. Manage and deliver reports and data when required JOB SPECIFICATION: 1. Proven experience (atleast 10-14 years) in driving the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition preferably in a BPM/ITeS/BPO environment 2. Solid understanding in managing the full cycle recruitment and employer branding initiatives 3. Experience in implementing & managing recruitment-related data and developing reports through Application Tracking System (ATS) and databases 4. Excellent Communication skills 5. Strong networking with ability to foster long term relationships (internal teams, external partners and candidates) 6. Excellent Team management abilities
