Role: DGM - Projects (Design and Execution) Reports to: Vice President - Central Projects Qualification - BE, preferably Chemical/Mechanical with a Post Graduation in Management (preferred) Key Responsibilities: Manage end to end execution of an ongoing international project. The responsibility will include leading the entire design, costing, project site work, ensure smooth execution of the project milestones for the dimensions of quality, cost and timelines. Post that, will be responsible for leading the Entire Design and Execution vertical globally Expertise required: - Must have International project execution exposure - Sound Technical knowledge of Project management execution, Procurement & Design that will include HVAC system, water system, Utilities like Chillers, Compressors, Boilers, cooling tower & ETP, Civil Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation - Must have independently executed at least 2-3 end to end projects (Pharma formulation plants) - Having experience of working with engineering consultants and thorough on planning and handling of multiple projects - Experience of setting up a formulation set up of approximately 250 crores (minimum) investment
