Single contract person for project related to Planning & execution - COMMERCIAL PROJECTS - To prepare & review the detailed project plan. - To prepare & review the schedule & WBS for project. - To prepare & keep track of the detailed project cost of project. - Assist in Preparing the tenders and BOQ of works of the project. - Cost optimization & value engineering of all the packages. - Coordination with Architects & consultants/vendors regarding the finalization of Design, tendering & execution of works of project to ensure timely completion of project. - Periodic tracking of progress & prepare detailed reports & MIS regarding the progress. - Closely monitor the cost parameters of project on periodic basis.
