DGM - Procurement - Civil Sector - Real Estate

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Complete Handling of the Civil, Finishing, Faade and Asset Upgradation packages from Tender Formulation to Work Order Issuance

- Able to perform detailed rate analysis of the line items in Bill of Quantities

- Able to effectively Negotiate with Vendors and Consultants on Extra Items and Claims with focus on budget

- Aware of the Current Market Pricing and prevailing market rates

- Identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies

- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes.

- Ensure compliance to company's standard processes and procedures

- Handling Internal & External Audits: Ensure zero audit observations and findings

- Work on ERP/Procurement portals for entire P2P modules

- Work closely with Projects, Design and Operation's team to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction

- Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations

- Prepare MIS, Reports and Other Strategic Procurement Documents and presentation to seniors

- Ability to expeditiously deliver results under strict timelines

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- The Candidate should be BE/BTech in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute.

- The candidate should be having 12-15 Years' experience out of which 6+ years in similar position preferably in Capex Procurement in Commercial/Retail/Hospitality Industry.

- The candidate should have demonstrated ability to execute work under tight deadlines

- The candidate should have hands on experience on MS Office

- The candidate should have knowledge of ERP System(s) and Online Bidding Platform
