Organizational development performance management DGM for a leading Healthcare MNC
Mandatory ask:- Ideal candidature would be 12-17 + YEARS OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH MIN 10+ years' experience in in behavioral and leadership training. Well versed as a development practitioner with experience in coaching, mentoring, and delivering talent development projects to fulfil business needs.
Open to Night shifts.
Education & Experience:
- MBA/ Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organization Development or equivalent. (From Tier 1 institutes)
- Certifications in training and instructional design will be preferred
- Work experience of 15+ years; 5+ years' experience in leadership capacity; 10+ year experience in behavioral and leadership training.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in Psychometric Evaluation processes
Roles & Responsibility :
- Help improve and build the OD culture and vision in all processes within the Business and deploy strategic people development plans
- Serve as an effective business partner, supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of Learning Solutions
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs (Behavioral and Leadership) for target audience
- Design learning strategies to fill needs as identified through analysis and in partnership with Operations and the Process Leadership Team through training, coaching and OD projects
- Ensure regular and effective stakeholder interactions
- Drive leadership and talent development in Shared Services across organization through effective governance and resource management
