- Worked on the L&D piece from scratch. - Managed pan India induction and other training for around 100 participants per month - Hand on exp on training platforms - Can develop content for various training program. - Ready for an individual contributor role - Connect with employees in 30 - 60 - 90 - 180 days of joining to reduce infant attrition. - Candidates should have a stable career. - Willing to operate 5 days from Airoli , Navi Mumbai - Travel to other locations as per the organization requirement - Stake holder management .
