Key Responsibilities : - Talent acquisition & retention Ensure the effective and efficient integration of recruiting and selection strategies, relocation and orientation. - Performance Management & Improvement - Consult with Business unit leaders on performance improvement needs of their organization - Organization effectiveness - Facilitate organization effectiveness strategies that improve business performance including organizational assessment, analysis, design & business process re-engineering, vision and strategic planning. - Employee Relation (IR & ER) Management - Understand and resolve problems which can affect productivity and poor performance related to misconduct - Compensation : - Ensure the compensation planning and administration including the base pay program (Broad-banding) - Statutory Compliance - Associate related statutory compliances viz. EPF, ESIC, LWF, Labour Act & Factories Act to be 100% complied - Total Productivity Manufacturing (TPM) - Implement and drive the TPM ways of working in the plant by building right capability and culture in plant.
