They are looking for DGM - Financial Reporting.  The right candidate should have more than 14 years of experience.  - This role is part of the R2R COE Team committed to be world class accounting trusted advisors for the variety of Local Operating Markets we support.   - This position supports all aspects of the LOM close process and helps drive process improvement and accuracy of financial reporting.   - A successful candidate is a person with strong technical accounting, collaboration and project management skills.   - The role requires the ability to understand the big picture as well as have an outstanding attention to the underlying details.  - Senior manager who will have operational responsibility for accurate and timely provision of accounting for UK / IT / DE / ES and adherence to relevant internal and external accounting standards.  - Manage the day to day operations of the financial reporting function.  - Continue to develop the Financial Reporting function, by building a high performing team and implementing process and business intelligence improvements.
