A leading Building Materials company, brand leader in its segment is looking for a DGM/GM-Brand and Marketing, based in Delhi. Candidates with a 12 -15 years experience will be an ideal fit The role will encompass: - Brand positioning strategy - Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels and touchpoints. - Implement and oversee brand governance guidelines - Communication design to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Lead the design and development of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and presentations. - Ensure that all communication materials reflect the brand's visual and messaging standards. - Develop and execute public relations strategies - Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. - Oversee the planning and implementation of social media campaigns to engage the target audience and drive brand awareness. - Plan and execute comprehensive media strategies across various channels, including TV, print, digital and others - Develop merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility at retail locations and events. We are looking for candidates who are open to relocation to Delhi or are based in Delhi. This is not a Work From Home/Remote based/Hybrid role.
