May have earlier worked in Management Consulting organization/s.   Education: MBA essential (preferably in Strategy, M&A or Finance faculty)  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Strategic planning  - M&A  - Integration of acquired companies - in areas like policies, systems, processes, people  - Exploring and evaluating new business opportunities  - Advising management on new growth avenues  - Due diligence of potential targets
