Responsibilities : - Prevention of Insider Trading (End to end management of the compliances under Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations) - Managing the IEPF claims and matter (100% compliance with IEPF rules, SOPs and Companies Act) - Dividend payment and associated compliances (End to end management of all the compliances pertaining to Dividend Payment and related compliances.) - Preparation of Annual Report, conducting the AGM and support for Board and Committee meetings. Skills Required : - PIT, IEPF, Dividend - Handling all secretarial aspects of a large listed company - Expert knowledge of statutory rules and regulations Currently should be working with a Listed Company
