Role : Business Analyst - Loan Collections & Recovery (NBFC)
Location : Gurgaon/Delhi
Required Skills & Role :
- 5 - 8 years of strong experience in Collections / Recovery lifecycle in NBFC/banking domain.
- Understanding of loan collections, customer repayment journeys, and agency management processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Good understanding of APIs, web applications, and enterprise system integrations.
- Work with development teams on requirement clarification and solution design.
- Coordinate UAT and business validation activities.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience on collections platforms such as INDUS, Credgenics, CreditNirvana, FICO, LeadSquared, Experian, or similar collection systems.
