Other investors in the round include MBX Capital (US-based healthtech focussed fund), Wami Capital - Single Family Office We raised a seed round of $1 Mn co-led by Sequoia Capital & Chiratae Ventures in late 2020.

Position Overview
The AVP Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing Dezys end-to-end operations across clinics, supply chain, and manufacturing.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, cost efficiency, and consistently high-quality patient experiences.
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinic Operations: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless patient journeys.
- Patient Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and deliver a consistent, superior experience across all touchpoints.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Manufacturing Operations: Oversee production planning and execution to maintain quality, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Process Excellence: Identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and standardize processes for scalability.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across clinics, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in operations leadership roles in consumer-focused or experience-driven industries (healthcare, retail, hospitality, consumer services, etc).
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results under tight timelines.
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations while improving efficiency and customer/patient experience.
- Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and execution skills.
- We are looking for a seasoned operations individual with relevant product experience of 3 to 8 years in a fast paced working environment with demonstrated first principle thought process
Relevant Qualifications (Enabler but not mandatory)
- Masters/Bachelors degree in engineering; advanced degree in operations preferred from IITs, IIMs, NITIE, SIBM or other B schools
- 3-8 years of proven experience in operations leadership roles, with a focus on creating tight processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP systems and other relevant technology will be an added advantage
