Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru

Experience Required:

2-4+ years of front-end M&A / PE / VC transaction execution experience at a reputed IB firm.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 prior deal closures.

Corporate finance and Private placement experience in addition to the Fundraise/PE/M&A experience will be given weightage.

Please note, KPO/Research/Equity Research / Merchant banking profiles will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end transaction execution under the guidance of the Deal Execution Lead.

- Ensuring preparation of high-quality collaterals including financial model, IM, Teasers, competition benchmarking, valuation comps, etc.

- Lead coordination of various due diligence processes (tax, financial, legal, etc.), investor/client calls & meetings.

- Effectively manage communication between founders, investors, legal teams, and financial advisors.

- Assist in processes related to Term Sheets and Definitive Agreements in coordination with the investor/advisors/legal counsel.

- Identify potential acquisition targets through market research, networking, and industry analysis.

- Assist in Business Development activities towards transaction sourcing- This would include pitch presentation, deal ideation, ability to spot value accretive business combinations and ability to present the same in presentations.

- Candidates having exposure to multiple sectors across their experience in terms of pitching, deal execution and closures would be preferred.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

- Sector Focus: The role is sector agnostic and the candidate should be able to multi-task among sectors , clients ( Buy and sell side) and various roles across the Advisory value chain.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing M&A / PE / VC transactions.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
