THE ROLE  The position entails rendering advisory services involving evaluation and execution of assignments pertaining to Fund Sourcing, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Joint Ventures & Foreign Collaborations etc.  The selected candidate shall be conducting Financial research, analysis and modelling; preparing valuation and valuation reports; drafting teasers, Information Memorandum and other requisite presentation etc for Facilitation & Advisory Services for assignments including :   a) Equity Placement through domestic & international sources including PE Funds, HNIs & Family Offices   b) Debt Funds Sourced through domestic and international sources (including Bank Finance)   c) Deal Structuring & Capital Structure Planning   d) Business Reconstructions through Mergers & Demergers   e) Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)   f) Joint Ventures / Foreign Collaborations   g) Transaction Support including preparation of Information Memorandums, Business Plans, Valuation Reports, Due Diligences etc.   Required Candidate SKill-Set:  1. Excellent Academic Record   2. Well honed Analytical and Numerical Skills   3. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill   4. High Degree of Self Motivation & desire to learn   5. We seek a candidate upto 3 years of post qualification (CA / MBA / CFA +MBA) experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Corporate Finance / Financial Consultancy / Transaction Advisory Services or similar industry where he / she would have developed in depth financial research & analysis skills relevant to this profile.  A Brief About The Company:  We are a boutique Financial Advisory Company (D Chopra Financial Consultants Pvt.
