SYNOPSIS: The select professional will be a key member of the senior team of DPNC Advisors, the Transaction Advisory Services arm of Dewan P. N. Chopra & Co. You shall be responsible to spearhead the Private Debt Investments function within our Assets under Advisory vertical. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's): - Engage with the family office clients to advise them on investment in debt products. - Evaluate, analyse & conduct diligence on investment opportunities including direct investment and fund investment. - Preparing presentations for investment committee. - Assisting the family offices in the investment process; liaise with deal intermediaries or founders to negotiate on behalf of the clients - Tracking & reporting on portfolios on selected KRAs for respective clients - Engage with ecosystem players like Funds, Platforms, Investment Bankers, Private Bankers. Founders etc.; proactively identifying and sourcing new investment opportunities. - Preparing market reports and periodic updates around specific areas of interest. Indicative CTC Range: key member, commensurate with skill set & experience and linked to meritocracy. Requisite Qualification: Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA (Finance) from a reputed Business School Requisite Experience, Skills & Attributes: - Possesses at least 8 years of relevant experience in advising on or investing in Venture Debt / Private Debt / Alternative Credit / Structured Finance Investment and Corporate bonds. - Should have a strong academic background from recognised institutions. - Strong verbal, written communication & presentation skills - Very strong analytical abilities - Sound commercial knowledge. - An entrepreneurial attitude is needed to enable the individual to be self-motivated - An absolute willingness to have a continuous learning mindset - Absolute levels of integrity & Ethical values A Brief about the Company: D P N C Advisors is an arm of Dewan P.N.
