Role Description: In this client facing role, your focus shall be on executing sell and buy side mandates for Transaction Advisory and related Support Services. Execute and manage entire Domestic Fund-raising process. We seek a Chartered Accountant or CFA and/ B. Tech + MBA / MBA (Fin) from a top - tier Business School with 4 to 6 years of post qualification experience for the following role: 1. To document the narrative and financial viability on a teaser. 2. Execution of deal evaluation, analyze the data and operational information to build a narrative. Prepare and review financial models and valuation reports using right method from scratch. 3. Documentation of an Information Memorandum 4. Responsible for managing the equity and enterprise valuation as per global methodology. 5. Lead market research and manage data repositories 6. Responsible for managing a team of young and bright professionals 7. Interacting and coordinating with other divisions of the firm and associates including for legal, tax and regulatory advise and attain relevant support for structuring and closing investment transactions Requisite Experience, Skills & Attributes : 1. Post qualification 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Domestic Investment Banking/ Venture Capital/Private Equity/Transaction Advisory. 2. Should have work experience in transaction advisory and raising/ investing capital for Indian Corporates. 3. Candidate should have executed end-to-end or closed at least 15 IB/ PE/ VC deals 4. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, with relevant experience in Client/Investor Interactions. 5. Strong financial research and analytical capabilities required. 6.
